Plan and run influencer marketing campaigns

Pulse is expanding, and we are looking for a Manager, Influencer Marketing to support our UK team. Your tasks
• Lead end-to-end influencer and social campaigns for our clients, from creative ideation to execution and delivery
• Develop platform-native concepts for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels, applying AI tools to enhance creator sourcing, content strategy, and workflow efficiency
• Serve as a key partner for clients and external stakeholders, including ownership of event planning and on-site management
• Analyse performance data, identify trends, and deliver clear, insight-driven reporting internally and externally
• Collaborate with senior leadership to evolve the strategic direction, processes, and innovation roadmap of the Influencer Marketing department
Your skills
• 3–4 years of experience in social media, including at least 1–2 years in influencer marketing
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into compelling stories and strategic recommendations
• Excellent project management capabilities, paired with a hands-on and solution-oriented attitude
• Team-oriented, resilient, and motivated by new challenges and opportunities
• Curiosity for emerging technologies and AI solutions that enhance creativity and operational efficiency
• French speaking is a plus
