You select, set up, and monitor key financial KPIs to drive business performance
You create, manage, and deliver regular and ad hoc financial reports, including monthly and annual reports, bank and investor decks
You act as the finance business partner to key stakeholders, providing data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making
You analyze operational data to uncover commercial opportunities and enhance profitability
You ensure high data quality across all business units, maintaining accuracy and reliability for financial analysis
You have 2-4 years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or a similar role, ideally within a marketing, media, or agency environment.
You are highly skilled in financial modeling, reporting, and data visualization, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
You possess a strong understanding of P&L management, cash flow forecasting, and financial planning
You are comfortable working autonomously, taking full ownership of financial tasks without a dedicated team
You excel in stakeholder communication, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial teams
