Your tasks
  • You'll independently develop and execute high-impact Influencer Marketing campaigns that drive results for our Chinese clients for the European and North American market

  • Be the voice of our agency, liaising with influencers and clients to build strong relationships and achieve campaign goals

  • Stay ahead of the curve by constantly discovering new ideas and influencers who can amplify our clients' reach and engagement

  • Take ownership of your ideas! Develop creative social media concepts and implement them independently, overseeing all aspects of the campaign

  • Lead the charge for client presentations, taking responsibility for preparation, execution, and wowing potential partners

Your skills

  • Influencer Marketing Mastermind (3+ Years work experience, preferably Agency Experience): Proven ability to develop, execute, and analyze high-performing influencer marketing campaigns across Western and Chinese platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Douyin, Weibo, WeChat)

  • Content & Communication Pro (Mandarin): Craft engaging social content and excel at communicating with influencers, clients, and teams either in Mandarin or English

  • Strategic Thinker & Influencer Champion: Identify trends, discover new brands/influencers in both Western and Chinese markets, and implement data-driven social strategies

  • Data-Driven Team Player: Thrive in a collaborative environment, tackle new challenges with enthusiasm, and leverage strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel to optimize strategies and measure results
